Connect with resources you need or desire for sustainability in your life! Each performance includes entrance to a themed marketplace where you can buy, learn about and sign up for what you need from our rotating roster of vendors.

Co-created by Sydnie L. Mosley Dances and University Settlement, each marketplace is constructed to provide deeper insight into the role community-based organizations play in the lives of artists.

 

The Marketplace will be open to audiences from 6-7:30PM each night of performance. Audiences may continue to interact with vendors from 9-10pm after the performance.

  • are affiliated with University Settlement communities

  • serve artists and women of color

  • owned/operated by artists and women of color

  • Dance/NYC - Dance Advocacy + Research

  • One Percent for Culture - Non-partisan, grassroots, five-borough coalition whose mission is to demonstrate the value of culture to New York City.

  • OurGoods - Bartering Network for Creatives.

  • FABnyc - Preserving and enhancing the cultural vitality of the Lower East Side.

  • Dance/NYC Junior Committee - Advocates for young dance professionals ages 21-30. 

  • The Field - Providing strategic services to performing and media artists and companies in NYC and beyond.

  • PURPOSE Productions - Supports artists and organizers in the manifestation of PURPOSE-full work. 

  • STooPS - Places art in unconventional locations to build community.

  • NYFA - Provides the concrete resources that working artists and emerging arts organizations need to thrive.

  • The Actors Fund - Human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts. 

  • Pentacle - Management support organization for small - mid-sized companies + project-based artists working in dance and theater. 

  • Spaceworks - Expanding the supply of long-term, affordable rehearsal and studio space for artists in New York City.
